【摘要】 目的观察放射性核素^99mTC对乳腺癌淋巴结转移闪烁显像效果,探讨^99mTC闪烁照相在乳腺癌术前淋巴结转移预判断中的作用。方法 71例病理证实的乳腺癌患者术前采用^99mTC扫描闪烁显像,对淋巴结显影情况进行记录,依据显像结果进行术中淋巴结清扫,对术中清扫淋巴结及^99mTC闪烁显像进行对比,分析^99mTC扫描闪烁显像对淋巴结转移预判断的准确率。结果 71例乳腺癌患者^99mTC闪烁照相显影54例,病理证实淋巴结阳性59例,^99mTC闪烁照相显影准确率91.5%,内乳组淋巴结准确率100%,腋下组淋巴结准确率91.1%。结论放射性核素^99mTC闪烁照相能够准确预判断乳腺癌患者的淋巴结转移情况,为乳腺癌的淋巴结清扫提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe image of technetium-99m-sestamibi scintimammography(TSSM),evaluate the effect of TSSM in prognosis of lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer.Methods 70 cases of patients who had been dignosized breast cancer by pathology were checked with TSSM,record visualization in lymph node,then lymph node was cleared according to visualization by TSSM in operation,and contrast the difference of lymphatic metastasis between in TSSM visualization and in operation.Results Lymph node were visualized in 54 cases of patients,and lymph node metastasis were founded in 59 cases of paitents by pathology,accurate ratio of TSSM visualization in prognosis of lymph node metastasis was 91.5% in bulk,and was 100% in prognosis of metastasis in internal thoracic veins lymph node and 91.1% in axillary fossa lymph node.Conclusion TSSM visualization could exactly prognosize lymph node metastasis in patiets with breast cancer,and provide reference for lymph node clearing in breast cancer.更多还原
