【摘要】 目的观察聚甲酚磺醛栓治疗子宫切除术后阴道残端出血的疗效。方法因各种妇科疾病行子宫切除术后10d以上出现阴道流血的患者,分别采用聚甲酚磺醛栓阴道放置和静脉给予抗炎、止血治疗,对两组治疗结果进行统计分析。结果聚甲酚磺醛栓与对照组相比治愈率有着明显的差异性。结论聚甲酚磺醛栓治疗子宫切除术后阴道残端出血疗效好,是一种简便、经济、安全、无创伤的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of policresulen suppository on vaginal stump hemorrhage.Methods We divided the patients whose vaginal bleeding occurred more than 10 days after hysterectomy was carried out due to various gynecological diseases into two groups:policresulen suppository group and control group.The policresulen suppository group was given policresulen suppository vaginal placement and the control group was given intravenous treatment of inflammatory and hemostatic.The statistical analysis was made of the therapy results of the two groups.Results The curative rate of the policresulen suppository group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference.Conclusion Policresulen suppository is effective in the treatment of vaginal stump bleeding after hysterectomy,and it is a simple,economical,safe,non-invasive method.更多还原
