【摘要】 目的探讨引起消化性溃疡复发的危险因素。方法 2007年1月～2009年1月消化性溃疡患者350例,确诊后予正规治疗,且进行随访,观察复发组与无复发组在性别构成、不良生活饮食习惯、药物因素、精神紧张、复发季节、溃疡愈合质量等方面的差异。结果 350例消化性溃疡患者随访中复发90例,无复发260例,引起复发的危险因素为:男性、不良生活饮食习惯、药物因素、精神紧张、春秋季节、溃疡S1期愈合。结论消化性溃疡的复发与多种因素有关,应针对复发因素阻止溃疡复发:保持良好生活方式、改善患者心理状况及应对方式,提高溃疡愈合质量,预防性应用PPI减少药物因素引起的复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors of peptic ulcer recurrence.Methods From January 2007 to January 2009,350 cases of patients with peptic ulcer were diagnosed and treated,and follow-ups were conducted to observe the differences in gender composition,bad eating habits of life,drug factors,mental stress,relapse season,the ulcer healing quality between recurrence group and non-recurrence group.Results Among 350 patients with follow-up,there were 90 cases with recurrence and 260 cases with no recurrence.The risk factors of re-lapse are:male,poor eating habits of life,drug factor,mental stress,spring season,the ulcer healing S1.Conclusion The recurrence of peptic ulcer has a variety of factors and the main factors that could prevent the recurrence of ulcer recurrence were:maintaining a good lifestyle,im-proving patient psychological status and coping styles to improve the quality of ulcer healing,prophylactic use of PPI reduction of drug-induced relapse.更多还原
