【摘要】 目的探讨多奈哌齐治疗卒中病人早期认知障碍的P300变化情况。方法观察组和对照组均给予降压、控制血糖,治疗脑水肿、降纤、脑保护剂等常规治疗。治疗组在基础治疗上加用盐酸多奈哌齐片5mg,每日1次,连续12周。观察比较两组患者简易智能量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分,比较两组治疗前后P300测定结果。结果治疗4周后,治疗组MMSE、MoCA评分较治疗前差异有显著性(P<0.01);对照组MMSE、MoCA评分用药前后差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组P300潜伏期、波幅与治疗前相比较,P300潜伏期明显缩短,波幅明显增加(P<0.01)。对照组未见明显变化。结论多奈哌齐改善卒中病人认知障碍疗效确切,联合P300检测卒中病人认知障碍具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the early cognitive impairment P300 changes in the treatment of stroke patients with donepezil. Methods Both groups were given conventional treatment including lowering blood pressure and fiber,controlling blood glucose,treating cerebral edema and taking neuroprotective agents,and donepezil hydrochloride tablets 5mg/daily for 12 weeks was added to the observation group. A comparison was made of the MMSE and MoCA scores of the two groups,and the P300 changes were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results The MMSE and MoCA scores were higher in the observation group after 4 -week treatment than those before treatment,with a significant difference(P<0.01)and there was no significant difference in the MMSE and MoCA scores in the control group(P>0.05). The P300 latency period was significantly shortened and the P300 amplitude was significantly increased in the observation group after 4-week treatment compared with those before treatment (P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the P300 latency period and amplitude in the con-trol group. Conclusion Donepezil can improve the cognitive impairment of stroke patients with good curative effect and combination of P300 detection is of greatt clinical value.更多还原
