【摘要】 目的提高对不同类型肾肿瘤声像图的认识与意义。方法对54例经病理诊断的肾肿瘤声像图进行回顾性分析。结果超声诊断肾占位的定位率为100%,肾细胞癌与肾错构瘤定性较差,肾母细胞瘤与肾盂癌定性较好。结论彩色多普勒超声对发现肾肿瘤的敏感性高,但对不同病理类型肾肿瘤的诊断存在一定局限性,应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the understanding and the importance of different types of Ultrasonic Images of Kidney Neoplasms.Methods By reviewing and analyzing Kidney Neoplasms Images of pathologically diagnosed 54 cases.Results 100% ultrasonic positioning rate for the kidney tumor,relatively poor positioning rate for Renal cell carcinoma and Renal Hamartoma and better rate for Tumor Wilms and Carcinoma of Renal Relvis.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography is sensitive in detecting kidney tumors but has its limits in diagnosing kidney tumors of different types,on which special attentions must be paid.更多还原
