【摘要】 目的探讨使用中西医结合的方法治疗血供尚存的足跟皮肤逆行性撕脱伤临床经验。方法针对血供存在的足跟皮肤逆行性撕脱伤的病例,我们采用创面清创撕脱皮肤原位缝合加足底静脉吻合术,并结合术后使用活血化瘀益气类中药来进行治疗,共7例。结果本组病例均获随访,3例创面直接愈合,2例皮肤远端边缘部分坏死,经换药后瘢痕愈合,2例皮肤部分或全部坏死需再次手术。结论足跟皮肤逆行性撕脱伤若血供存在,修复足跟静脉改善回流使皮肤获得持续的血液供应成为可能,应用活血化瘀益气类中药可改善血循环,减轻血管内皮损伤,两者结合使用有利于撕脱皮肤的存活创面愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the use of the method of combining Chinese and Western medicine treatment of heel skin blood supply of the remaining clinical experience retrograde avulsion injury.Methods exist in the heel for the blood supply of skin avulsion of retrograde cases,we have adopted avulsion wound debridement plus plantar skin sutured venous anastomosis,combined with postoperative use of blood circulation to the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Qi,a total of 7 cases.Results The patients were followed up,three cases of direct wound healing,two cases of distal edge of the skin necrosis healed by scarring after dressing,and 2 cases of skin necrosis of part or all of the required re-operation.Conclusion Retrograde heel skin avulsion injury if there is blood supply to repair the heel to improve venous return to the skin to obtain continuous blood supply possible,the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Qi blood circulation can improve the blood circulation,reducing vascular endothelial injury,both of used in combination is conducive to the survival of avulsion of skin wound healing.更多还原
