【摘要】 目的观察藻酸双脂钠(PSS)治疗糖尿病(DM)周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效及不良反应。方法68例DM并发DPN患者,随机分为PSS组35例和对照组33例。两组均给予VitB1100mg、VitB12250μg肌注,每日1次,PSS组再用PSS100mg加入生理盐水500mL中静注,每日1次。2周为1疗程,隔5～7d进行第2个疗程。结果PSS组与对照组有效率分别为91%和33%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);PSS组治疗前后,血液流变学各指标除纤维蛋白原外均有明显下降,神经传导速度明显增快,有显著性差异(P<0.01),而对照组则无明显变化。PSS组不良反应轻微。结论PSS能明显改善DM病人血液流变学,并有降血糖作用,是治疗DM并发DPN的良好药物,且很安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the curative and adverse effects of polysaccharide sulfate(PSS)in the treatment of the diabetic patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods We divided 68 diabetic patients with DPN randomly into PSS group(35 cases)and control group(33 cases).Both groups were given VitB1 100mg/day and VitB12 250μg/day intramuscularly.The patients of the PSS group were infused intravenously with 0.9% saline solution(500mL) containing PSS 100mg at a rate of 30~50drop/min once a day for two weeks,and then came to the secondary therapy course after 5 to 7 days.Results The curative rate was 91% of the PSS group and 33% of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).All blood rheology indicators but fibrinogen were significantly reduced and the nerve conduction velocity was significantly increased in the PSS group after treatment compared with the pre-treatment,with significant differences(P<0.01) and with mild adverse effects,and however,the control group showed no obvious change in the blood rheology indicators and the nerve conduction velocity.Conclusion PSS may improve the hemorheology of the diabetic patients and has a hypoglycemic effect,and it is a good drug for diabetes with peripheral nearpathy.更多还原
