智能节能控制型木业分锯机的研制

【摘要】 福建威驰机械制造有限公司研制开发第一代"节能高效超薄分锯机",其采用双轴双锯系统,且不分材质情况均采用高速恒速切削,链输送电机采用恒速输送木料,当材质特硬时,特别是遇到结疤时,电机将出现堵转现象,这样既降低效率、增加损耗,又影响电机寿命,严重时烧毁电机。利用PLC、变频器等器件对系统进行更新设计,可实现根据材质的性质决定链输送电机的输送速度,提高效率,降低能耗,延长电机寿命,从而实现智能化控制,安全性能大大提高。

【Abstract】 The first generation of "energy-saving,efficient,ultra-thin sub-sawing" is developed by Fujian Weichi Machinery Manufacturing Co.Ltd..It adopts the dual-axis & dual-saw system,regardless of sawing material,works in constantly high speed,chain conveyor motor transports timber with constant speed.Therefore it easily leads to rotor-locking if the material is hard,especially when a scar is encountered.It not only reduces efficiency,increases loss,but also shorten the life span of motor,or even leads to breakdown.Upgraded through utilizing components such as PLC and inverter,the new system is able to change the transporting speed of chain conveyor motor according to the nature of the material,and attributes to higher efficiency,energy saving and longer life span of the motor.Thus intelligent control is achieved and security is greatly improved.
