红三七的化学成分研究

【摘要】 目的研究民间药红三七(支柱蓼Polygonumsuffultum的根茎)的化学成分。方法运用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱以及大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化,根据核磁共振谱数据及与对照品共薄层色谱鉴定化合物的结构。结果从红三七乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了11个化合物:3β-羟基-新何帕-13(18)-烯(1)、3β-乙酰氧基-新何帕-13(18)-烯(2)、3β-乙酰氧基-何帕-17(21)-烯(3)、没食子酸(4)、谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、木栓酮(7)、绿原酸正丁酯(8)、杨梅素-3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(9)、绿原酸(10)和4-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(11)。结论除化合物4外,以上化合物均为首次从红三七中分离得到,其中化合物1~3、8、9、11系首次从蓼属植物中分离得到。化合物1和2为新天然产物。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the rhizomes of Polygonum su-ffultum.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by solvent extraction,silica gel,polyamide,Sephadex LH-20,and macroporous resin column chromatography,and recrystallization.Their structures were identified on the basis of NMR spectroscopic data and co-TLC with authentic samples.Results Ele-ven compounds were obtained and elucidated as neohop-13(18)-en-3β-ol(1),neohop-13(18)-en-3β-yl acetate(2),hop-17(21)-en-3β-yl acetate(3),gallic acid(4),sitosterol(5),daucosterol(6),friedelin(7),chlorogenic acid n-butyl ester(8),myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),chlorogenic acid(10),and 4-O-caffeoyl quinic acid(11).Conclusion All compounds are reported from P.suffultum for the first time except gallic acid(4),and this is the first report on compounds 1-3,8,9,and 11 from plants of Polygonum L.Compounds 1 and 2 are reported as natural products for the first time.
