印度红树植物木果楝种子的化学成分研究

【摘要】 目的对印度红树植物木果楝Xylocarpus granatum种子的醋酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶ODS柱色谱以及高效液相色谱(HPLC)对目的部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,并应用电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)和核磁共振波谱(NMR)分离鉴定得到化合物的结构。结果从印度木果楝种子中共分离得到了13个化合物,包括6个柠檬苦素、1个二氢黄酮、1个木脂素、1个脱落酸衍生物、1个生物碱和3个苯甲酸衍生物。其中新柠檬苦素1个,命名为印度木果楝素A(indiangranatumin A,1),其他已知化合物分别鉴定为swi-etemahonolide(2)、febrifugin(3)、khayasin T(4)、febrifugin A(5)、gedunin(6)、isolariciresinol(7)、phaseic acid(8)、aromadendrin(9)、对羟基肉桂酸(4-hydroxy cinnamic acid,10)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoic acid,11)、对羟基苯乙酸(4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid,12)和xylogranatinin(13)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物7~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the seeds of Indian mangrove Xylocarpus granatum.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by means of silica,ODS gel column chromatographies,and HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by ESI-MS,NMR spectra,and the known compounds were identified by comparison with their reference data.Results Thirteen compounds were obtained including a new one,named indiangranatumin A(1).thers were known compounds and their structures were elucidated as swietemahonolide(2),febrifugin(3),khayasin T(4),febrifugin A(5),gedunin(6),isolariciresinol(7),phaseic acid(8),aromadendrin(9),4-hydroxy cinnamic acid(10),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(11),4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(12),and xylogranatinin(13).Conclusion Indiangranatumin A(1) is a new compound and compounds 712 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
