【摘要】 目的探讨丁苯羟酸乳膏(商品名:舒夫林,湖南迪诺制药有限公司)治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效及安全性。方法将入选的120例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组予丁苯羟酸乳膏外搽,对照组予丁酸氢化可的松外搽,并比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组的治愈率(43.33%)稍低于对照组(50.00%),差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组有效率(80.00%)显著低于对照组(95.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗时的耐受性较好,无严重不良反应发生。结论丁苯羟酸乳膏可外用于治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of bufexamac cream(Trade name:Shufulin,Hunan Dinuo Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd)and hydrocortisone butyrate in treatment of glucocorticoid addictive facial dermatitis.Methods One hundreds and twenty patients,aged 18 to 56 years,with glucocorticoid addictive facial dermatitis were divided into treatment and control group.Sixty patients were smeared with bufexamac cream and sixty patients with hydrocortisone butyrate.Results At 4 weeks,comparecl the test group and the control group,the clinical cure rate(43.33%)and the effective rate(80.00%) in the test group was not higher than those(50.00% and 95.00%) in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between them (P<0.05).No serious side reaction was found in all patients.Conclusion The results suggest that bufexamac cream is a safe and effective regimen in the treatment of glucocorticoid dermatitis.更多还原
