【Abstract】 Here we report a case of amyopathic dermatomyositis.A 55-year-old woman with a progressive violaceous erythema accompanied by itiching on the face and head with periorbital oedema maintained for eight years without an accurate diagnosis.There is no clinical or laboratory evidence of muscle damage after onset of illness.The biopsy findings of skin lesion were compatible with that of amyopathic dermatomyositis.更多还原
