【摘要】 目的探讨影响尖锐湿疣(CA)复发的危险因素。方法采用一对一问卷调查,收集286例CA患者社会人口学和行为学资料;采用基因芯片分型技术确定患者感染HPV病毒的亚型;结合流行病学资料与病毒分型结果,用多因素Logistic回归分析,评价影响尖锐湿疣复发的危险因素。结果多因素Logis-tic回归分析结果显示嗜酒(OR=2.43,95%CI:0.90-6.51)、熬夜(OR=29.24,95%CI:10.70-79.90)、皮损发生在肛周(OR=3.87,95%CI:1.26-11.88)、皮损HPV型别为16型(OR=5.90,95%CI:1.09-31.86)、皮损HPV型别为复合型(OR=5.87,95%CI:1.07-31.02)等是CA复发的主要促进因素。结论患者感染HPV型别、皮损部位、不良生活习惯与CA复发关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors for recurrence of condyloma acuminata.Methods Socio-demographic and behavioral data of 286 patients were collected with face-to-face questionnaire;HPV subtypes were detected with;the gene-chip techniques the results combined with the data of clinical epidemiology were analyzed with the logistic regression of multiple-factor to evaluate the impact of risk factors for recurrence of condyloma acuminata.Results The logistic regression analysis of multiple-factor showed that the risk factors for improvement of recurrence included alcohol addiction (OR=2.43,95%CI:0.90-6.51),staying up all night (OR=29.24,95%CI:10.70-79.90),anal lesions (OR=3.87,95%CI:1.26-11.88),HPV 16 (OR=5.90,95%CI:1.09-31.86),complicated lesions infected by multiple HPV types (OR=5.89,95%CI:1.07-31.02).Conclusion The recurrence of condyloma acuminate is concerned with subtype of HPV,lesion site and bad habits of patients.更多还原
