【摘要】 目的探讨带状疱疹合并排尿障碍的诊断和治疗方法。方法7例骶尾部带状疱疹合并排尿障碍患者应用抗病毒药物、α-受体阻滞剂、抗生素、留置尿管等治疗4周后观察疗效,并随访6个月。结果3例治疗前有前列腺增生,患带状疱疹后表现为排尿费力,4例患带状疱疹后出现急性尿潴留的患者早期应用抗病毒药物、α-受体阻滞、抗生素、留置尿管,4周后原发病和并发症均治愈,恢复到了发病前的正常状态。结论及早应用药物治疗的同时予留置导尿、间断导尿以及膀胱功能康复训练是骶尾部带状疱疹所致排尿障碍治疗的关键,实验室检查并及早药物和物理治疗,是早期诊断和治疗的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic bladder associated with herpes zoster.Methods 7 cases of neurogenic bladder associated with sacral herpes zoster infection were treated by antiviral drug,α-blocker,antibiotics,indwelling urethral catheter for 4 weeks,and followed up for 6 months.Results 3 cases were diagnosed hyperplasia of prostate gland and the clinical manifestation was difficult in urination.The other clinical manifestations of 4 cases were acute retention of urine.With application of antiviral drug,α-blocker,antibiotics,indwelling urethral catheter in early 4 weeks,the primary affection and complication were healed.Conclusion A key of the treatment to the urination disorder induced by herpes zoster in the part of sacral-cord,are the methods of indwelling urethral,interrupt urethral and rehabilitation training of the Bladder function associate with medication treatment as early as possible.更多还原
