【Abstract】 A 56-year-old female who had a history for 10 years presented with vulvar papules and vesicles.On examination,the entire skin of the vulva were covered by clustered complexional papules and vesicles.Partial ectomy of skin lesions was done for biopsy,and histological examination revealed hyperplasia of the epidermis.The dermis showed numerous dilated lymphatic and angiomatous spaces and an extensive lymphocytic cell infiltration.The diagnosis of simple lymphangioma was confirmed.更多还原
