【摘要】 目的观察地氯雷他定和西替利嗪治疗皮肤划痕症的疗效及治疗前、后血浆中组胺含量变化与临床疗效的关系。方法85例皮肤划痕症随机分为A组和B组,A组予地氯雷他定治疗,B组予西替利嗪治疗,连续服药4w,观察两组的疗效和不良反应,于治疗前、后检测血浆中组胺含量,并与对照组比较。结果地氯雷他定组和西替利嗪组治疗皮肤划痕症前血浆组胺水平明显高于治疗后及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组无明显差异;两个治疗组相比组胺水平无明显差异;地氯雷他定组和西替利嗪组治疗皮肤划痕症的有效率分别为83.72%和78.57%(P>0.05),药物不良反应少。结论两种药物能有效降低血浆组胺水平,治疗皮肤划痕症疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate alteration of plasma histamine in patients with dermatographism before and after treatment with desloratadine and cetirizine and its clinical efficacy.Methods The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed after 85 cases dermatographism were given Desloratadine and Cetirizine for 4 weeks randomly,Meanuhile plasma level of histamine before and after treatment were detected.Results The level of histamine in two group before treatment was obviously higher than that after treatment and normal group,which showed significant differences(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the groups after treatment and normal group;there was no significant difference between desloratadine group and cetirizine group;there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between desloratadine group(83.72%)and cetirizine group(78.57%)(P>0.05),less adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Both two drugs are effective to decrease the level of histamine with obviously clinical efficacy in the treatment of dermatographism.更多还原
