基于价值函数的城市道路交通安全测度模型
The Measuring Model of Urban Road Traffic Safety Based on Value Function
【摘要】 根据交通事故在时间和空间上的分布特性,建立基于时空分布的城市道路交通安全的测度指标体系;在分析道路交通事故的主要特征和交通事故的生成过程的基础上,利用价值函数构建城市道路交通安全的测度模型。并对城市道路交通安全的测度值进行等级界定,提出道路交通事故预防和控制手段。城市道路交通安全的测度模型是在最大可能地控制系统中的人的不安全行为,使城市道路网络系统的效益达到最佳化。应用结果表明:利用测度,可以找出影响高速公路交通安全的问题成因和限制因素,为高速公路规划和管理提供科学决策依据。
【Abstract】 According to the distribution characteristics of traffic accidents in time and space,an urban road traffic safety measure index system based on the spatial and temporal distribution is set up.On the basis of analyzing the main characteristics of road traffic accidents and the generation process of traffic accidents,a measuring model for urban road traffic safety is build with value function.Meanwhile,by defining the grades of urban road safety measurement values,different means to prevent and control road traffic accidents are designed.The measuring model of urban road traffic safety is aimed to maximize the efficiency of urban road network system by controlling the human’s unsafe behaviors with greatest possibility.The actual application of the model shows that the assessment result can provide scientific foundation for the planning and management of expressway.
