【摘要】 目的:建立羊藿三七片的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对羊藿三七片中三七药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对方中淫羊藿中主要成分淫羊藿苷进行了定量分析。色谱柱为C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5um),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(27:73),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为270nm,柱温为室温。结果:定性鉴别明显清晰,阴性对照无干扰;淫羊藿苷对照品在0.2002～1.8018μg范围内,进样量(μg)与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.97%,RSD=0.51%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a quality standard to control the quality of Yanghuo Sanqi Tablets. Method:Radix Notoginseng were identified by TLC. Icraiin content was determined by HPLC. The column was C18 (200 mm×4.6 mm,5 um), with the mobile phase, acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (27:73), the flow rate, 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength 270nm and room temperature. Results:The qualitative identification was distinct and clear, positive with no interference. The control Icraiin content showed a good liner relationship with the sample size and the peak area at the range of 0.2002 μg-1.8018 μg, and 98.97% of average recovery, RSD = 0.51%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be used as the quantity control method for Yanghuo Sanqi Tablets.更多还原
