金等离子体的荷态分配数的计算
The calculation of the charge state distribution for gold plasma
【摘要】 在非局域热动力学平衡(Non-LTE)下,采用类氢近似,计算得出电子密度分别为6.0×1020cm-3、1.4×1021cm-3、1.0×1022cm-3和1.7×1022cm-3的条件下的三体复合、辐射复合、双电子复合系数随电子温度的变化,得出总的复合系数随电子温度的变化关系;结合相关的电离系数得出相应的离子占有数的比,最后,计算出一定电子密度和温度条件下Au48+~Au52+离子的离子丰度,从而得到金等离子体的荷态分配数与电子温度和电子密度的关系.
【Abstract】 The three-body recombination,radiative recombination and dielectronic recombination coefficients of each gold ion (Au48+~Au52+) are calculated in the range of electron density (ne=6.0×1020 cm-3、1.4×1021cm-3,1.0×1022 cm-3 and 1.7×1022 cm-3) with the change of electron temperature. The calculation is done by the non-local-thermodynamic-equilibrium (Non-LTE) model at the condition of H-like approximation.Based on these data,according to the ratio of the relevant population of ionization stage,the ionic abundance of ionization stage is calculated with the change of electron temperature. At last,the relations of the charge-state distribution for Au plasma with electron temperature and electron density is analyzed.
