【摘要】 目的梳理儿童卫生工作评价研究现状和设计思路,初步构建评价指标体系框架,为开展儿童卫生工作评价提供参考。方法采用文献研究方法构建备选指标库,利用专家咨询法确定指标框架和初步筛选指标。结果系统论是建立儿童卫生工作评价指标体系的理论基础,指标体系的设计通常需遵循一致性、全面性、层次性、可行性、可比性和导向性等原则。本研究通过文献研究和专家咨询的方法确定了结构(投入)、过程(产出)和结果三大类指标,其中结构(投入)类下设4个二级和16个三级指标,过程(产出)类下设3个二级和18个三级指标,结果类下设2个二级和9个三级指标。结论过程评价是儿童卫生工作评价的重点。指标分类的合理性、评价标准的适当性和指标使用的可选择性,以及评价的组织实施,是指标体系得到科学、合理应用及评价工作顺利开展的重要条件和保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives Summarizing the research situation of children’s health evaluation and the principal of design for comprehensive indicator system,to provide reference for children’s health working evaluation.Methodds Literature review was used for building indicator pool and experts consultation for establishing the framework and screening the indicators.Results System theory is the basis for indicator system design and the principle includes consistency,comprehensiveness, hierarchy,feasibility,comparability and guiding.This study established three categories indicators of structure,process and outcome.The fist includes 4 secondary and 16 third level indicators,the second category includes 3 secondary and 18 third level indicators and the third category includes 2 secondary and 9 third 1evel indicators.Conclusions Process evaluation is the emphasis.The rationality of classification, the appropriateness of criteria, the optional of indicators and organization and implementation are important for scientific,rational use of the tools and the smooth implementation of the evaluation.更多还原
