【摘要】 文章通过文献资料法、对比分析法、专家访谈法进行了色彩对人体作用的研究,认为在体育运动中,色彩直接影响人的心理、生理状态,继而影响教学效果和学生的学习效果。在体育教学过程中,要根据不同色彩对人体的不同影响,有效合理地利用色彩的积极作用,通过在不同运动项目和课堂的不同阶段的运用,给学生以美的感受,丰富学生的情感体验,激发学生的学习兴趣,以更好的促进体育教学。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper use literature,comparative analysis,expert interviews to carry out the research of color on human.That in sport,color directly affects the person’s psychological and physiological state,then affects teaching effectiveness and student learning results.In the course of physical education,different colors according to the different effects on the human body,effective and reasonable use of the positive role of color,so make it better services for physical education.Through the applying color in different sports and in different classes at different stages,to give the students aesthetic feeling,rich students’ emotional experience,motivate students to learn,in order to better promote physical education.更多还原
