含氚泵油处理技术研究
Treatment Technology for Pump Oil With Tritium
【摘要】 本文选择粘土、硅藻土、蛭石粉、Nochar4种材料作为泵油的吸收质,通过实验,确定了它们的吸油率分别为0.316﹕1、1.079﹕1、1.196﹕1、2.0﹕1;渗油率为2.099%、8.155%、3.90%、0.028%;体积膨胀率为398%、266%、312%、437%。经综合考虑,推荐采用Nochar处理比放较高的含氚泵油;而蛭石粉、粘土处理比放较低的含氚泵油。
【Abstract】 Based on investigation,adopting clay,diatomite,vermiculite powder and Nochar as absorbent of oil,the capability of absorbent were studied. The result shows that optimum bonding ratios (oil﹕absorbent) are 0.316﹕1,1.079﹕1,1.196﹕1 and 2.0﹕1 respectively; oil leaching rates are 2.099%,8.15%,3.90% and 0.028% respectively; volume expansions are 398%,266%,312% and 437%,respectively. So,Nochar is a favourable absorbent for treating high-radioactivity pump oil,lennilite and clay are favourable absorbents for treating low-radioactivity pump oil.
