【摘要】 高职高专教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,主要培养面向生产、管理、服务第一线的高技能应用型人才。高职高专毕业生在知识、能力、素质等方面与普通本科毕业生有所区别,应具有特殊的素质要求。企业对高职高专学生就业能力的评判和就业需求情况对于研究和培养高职高专学生特殊素质来说是一个极其重要的指标。这就要求高职高专教育应以社会需求为导向着重培养学生特有的素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vocational college education,an important part of Chinese higher education,aims to train highly skillful personnel in production,management and service.The vocational college graduates,compared with the other college students,have some special quality requirements in terms of knowledge,ability and quality.Two important indicators for the special qualities of vocational college students are the assessment of enterprises on the graduates and the demand for the vocational college graduates.Vocational colleges should take the assessment into full consideration and try to meet the demand.更多还原
