【摘要】 学生党员队伍建设是高校党建工作的重要一环。当前高校基层党组织建设和学生党员自身建设方面还存在一些问题,为此应构建学生党员理论学习的全程教育机制、参与基层党组织建设机制和考核监督与激励评价机制,加强高校学生党员队伍建设,确保学生党员主体的民主权利得到充分的体现和保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The building of the team of student Party members is an important part of the Party building work in colleges.Problems still exist in the building of the grassroots Party organizations and in the self-improvement of the student Party members.It is proposed that student Party members participate in the theoretical study,in the building of the grassroots Party organizations,and in the assessment and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the democratic rights of student Party members.更多还原
