【摘要】 研究生学位论文匿名评审制度是提高研究生学位论文质量的重要举措,是保证研究生培养质量的重要途径之一。然而,深入调查目前实行的学位论文匿名评审制度,发现实施过程中还存在着一定程度的形式化倾向,这一倾向的出现固然有多方面的原因,但学位论文匿名评审过程中各相关主体的利益及其强化是根本原因。要想解决现行研究生匿名评审制度形式化倾向的问题,需要加强制度建设与制度创新,通过严格执行论文上交时间、改变导师观念、强化评审专家的积极动机、加强对行政人员的管理等,改变现行匿名评审制度中的利益格局,以进一步发挥研究生学位论文匿名评审制度的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anonymous review of post-graduate thesis is an important measure to guarantee the quality of post-graduate program.However,a probing survey shows that there is certain degree of formality in the implementation of anonymous review.Among other possible reasons,the basic one is the review system concerns the interest of all related subjects and even strengthens their awareness of the interest.Measures must be taken to change the current situation,among which may be improving and fulfilling the related regulations,changing tutors’ understanding of the system,strengthening the positive motivation of the anonymous reviewers and attaching importance to the management of related administrative personnel.更多还原
