【摘要】 目的观察国产氯吡格雷和进口氯吡格雷对冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入术预后的影响。方法将接受冠状动脉支架植入术的426例冠心病患者随机分为两组,其中国产氯吡格雷治疗组224例,进口氯吡格雷治疗组202例,评价PCI术后12个月的主要心血管不良事件发生率以及各种出血并发症。结果两组患者的主要不良心脏事件(MACE)、各种出血并发症无显著差异。结论国产和进口两种氯吡格雷的临床疗效基本相同,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of domestic clopidogrel and imported clopidogrel in patients after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stent implantation.Methods 426 PCI patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: domestic clopidogrel group(n=224,75mg,Qd) and imported clopidogrel group(n=202,75mg,Qd).During follow-up 12 months,the events of acute,subacute and late thrombosis in stent were observed.The bleeding events were also observed.Results No significant differences of the incidences of acute,subacute,late thrombosis and bleeding events in stent of two groups were observed between domestic and imported clopidogrel during 12 months after PCI.Conclusion Two drugs are effectiveness and safety for the treatment of patients after PCI.更多还原
