【摘要】 目的总结新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)的有效护理经验。方法对80例HIE患儿进行病情分析,针对病情和临床症状给予不同的护理方法。结果本组患儿治愈65例,1年后有后遗症脑瘫1例,死亡1例,癫痫3例,其余10例生长发育正常,无异常表现。结论有效的护理措施可提高HIE患儿治愈率,减少、减轻后遗症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and effective nursing experience. Methods 80 cases of HIE children with illness, disease and clinical symptoms for the care given to different methods. Results 65 patients cured patients, sequelae of cerebral palsy after 1 year in 1 case, 1 died, 3 patients with epilepsy, the normal growth and development of the remaining 10 cases, no abnormal performance. Conclusion The effective nursing measures to increase the cure rate in children with HIE, reduce, reduce complications.更多还原
