【摘要】 目的比较视频脑电监测与动态脑电监测对卒中后癫痫的检查效果。方法回顾性分析视频脑电监测与动态脑电监测的卒中后癫痫的患者资料各40例。结果脑梗死患者55例,AEEG组21例,部分性发作6例(28.6%),全面性发作11例(52.4%),VEEG组34人,部分性发作19例(55.9%),全面性发作10例(29.4%),两组经统计学分析,P<0.05为有统计学差异。结论 VEEG检查对部分性发作有较高的准确性。有条件的患者应尽量安排VEEG检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparison of video EEG monitoring and active EEG monitoring of epilepsy after stroke inspection results.Methods Retrospective analysis of video EEG monitoring and active EEG monitoring in patients with epilepsy after stroke information on all 40 cases.Results 55 patients with cerebral infarction,AEEG group of 21 patients,partial seizures in 6 cases(28.6%),generalized seizures in 11 cases(52.4%),VEEG group of 34 people,partial seizures in 19 patients(55.9%),generalized seizures 10 cases(29.4%).The two groups have significantly different by statistical analysis.Conclusion VEEG check on partial seizures with high accuracy.Patients should try to arrange conditional VEEG inspection.更多还原
