【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导穿刺注射无水酒精治疗肾囊肿的临床效果。方法 47例肾囊肿患者在超声引导穿刺置管后1次/d连续3d注射无水酒精治疗,3个月后复查B超评价疗效。结果痊愈率为68.1%,总有效率为95.7%,显示了较好的临床治疗效果。结论超声引导穿刺注射无水酒精治疗肾囊肿安全有效,对于改善临床效果,提高患者生活质量是很有意义的,值得在临床上应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of injection of absolute alcohol for treatment of cyst of kidney under guidance of ultrasound. Methods 47 cases of patients with cyst of kidney were given therapy of injection of absolute alcohol one time per day after puncturing tube under guidance of ultrasound. Three days for a period of treatment,and the clinical effect was evaluated with B ultrasonic after three months. Results The cure rate of surgery was 68.1%,the total effective rate was 95.7%,and it showed good clinical effect. Conclusion Injection of absolute alcohol for treatment of cyst of kidney under guidance of ultrasound is safe and effective,and meaningful for enhancing clinical effect and improving life quality of patients. So it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.更多还原
