【摘要】 目的探讨老年消化性溃疡的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析深圳市盐田人民医院自2006年1月至2009年12月收治的老年性消化性溃疡患者68例的临床资料。结果 68例患者中痊愈或好转49例,其中43例为内科保守治疗,6例为手术治疗,总有效率为72.0%,1例因手术中大出血造成死亡。结论老年消化性溃疡患者应尽早行胃镜及相关检查以便及早确诊,在保守治疗的同时须兼顾并发症的治疗,严重或疑有癌变者应行手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis and treatment analysis of elderly peptic ulcer.Methods A retrospective analysis of Yantian people’s hospital from January 2006～December 2009 elderly peptic ulcer patients treated in clinical data of 68 cases.Results 68 patients cured or improved in 49 cases,43 cases of conservative treatment,surgery in 6 patients,the total effective rate was 72.0%,one case of death due to surgical bleeding. Conclusion Elderly patients with peptic ulcer upper gastrointestinal endoscopy as soon as possible and the relevant examination for early diagnosis,conservative treatment at the same time having regard to the treatment of complications of serious or suspected cancer who should be treated surgically.更多还原
