【摘要】 目的探讨复方磷酸可待因止咳水依赖者单光子发射型计算机体层显像仪(SPECT)脑多巴胺转运体显像的有效护理措施。方法在28例复方磷酸可待因止咳水依赖者SPECT脑多巴胺转运体显像整个过程中,对患者进行整体护理,包括预约显像、显像前准备、分子探针的引入、影像采集等过程的护理以及放射防护指导及健康教育。结果 28例受试者显像前均准备充分,分子探针引入顺利,影像采集中患者情绪平稳,均成功完成检查,未出现由于护理原因导致的检查失败以及影像结果的缺陷,符合SPECT脑多巴胺转运体显像的质控要求。结论检查全程中应做到密切观察病情,注意各项护理操作和技术细节,尤其注重言语慎重,语气温和,耐心解释,可以提高影像质量,保证临床诊断的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effective nursing care with compound codeine phosphate antitussive solution addicts in single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging of dopamine transporter (DAT).Methods 28 compound codeine phosphate antitussive solution addicts were recruited in the study.During SPECT DAT imaging,they received holistic nursing care including appointment register,preparation before imaging,injection of molecular probe agent and imaging acquisition and so on.Also note radiological protection guidance and health education.Results All subjects were sufficiently prepared.The molecular probe agent were successfully injected.28 patients were emotionally stable in imaging acquisition,so successfully accomplished the test.And there is no failure in the examination and defects with imaging because of the nursing care.All these met the requirement of quality control of SPECT DAT imaging.Conclusions To closely monitor the patient’s condition,pay attention to every nursing manipulation and technical details,especially pay more attention to words carefully,moderate tone and patiently explaination can help to improve the quality ofimage and eventually ensure the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.更多还原
