【摘要】 目的探讨治疗先天性泪道发育障碍造成的新生儿泪囊炎效果。方法采用自制带连接管的泪道探针治疗新生儿泪囊炎。结果本组治疗对象87例(102眼),经局部按摩、局部用药1～2周,症状无好转者采取该手术方法治疗,总治愈率98.03%。随访2年以上均无复发病例。结论新生儿泪囊炎多为出生时鼻泪管下端膜性阻塞,泪液储留在泪囊内,细菌繁殖而形成,严重者可引起多种眼并发症,对保守治疗无效者,尽早手术治疗对于防止并发症的发生有着重要的意义。本文作者采用自制泪道探针治疗新生儿泪囊炎,对组织创伤小,探通成功率高,费用低,值得推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of congenital lacrimal duct stunting caused by the effect of neonatal dacryocystitis.Methods The selfmade pipe to connect with lacrimal probe the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis.Results The treatment of 87 cases of the object (102 eyes) by local massage,local drug use 1～2 weeks,symptom-free to take a turn for the better treatment of the surgical methods,with a total cure rate of 98.03%.More than 2 years of follow-up no cases of recurrence.Conclusion The neonatal birth Dacryocystitis for the bottom membrane lacrimal duct obstruction,tear in the sac inside the reservoir,formed by bacterial growth.In severe cases,can cause a variety of ocular complications ofineffective conservative treatment,and surgical treatment as soon as possible to prevent the occurrence of complications of great significance.The author of this article lacrimal probe the use of selftreatment of neonatal dacryocystitis,tissue trauma of the small,Probing a high success rate and low-cost,should be promoted and applied.更多还原
