【摘要】 目的观察在会阴切口缝合中局部追加浸润麻醉的镇痛效果。方法将经阴道分娩、需行会阴侧切的初产妇随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组在传统的左侧阴部神经阻滞麻+局部组织浸润麻的基础上,在缝合前在会阴切口局部浸润追加麻醉;对照组采用传统的左侧阴部神经阻滞麻+局部组织浸润麻。观察两组产妇在会阴侧切缝合中的麻醉镇痛效果和切口愈合情况。结果观察组的产妇在会阴切口缝合过程中的镇痛效果明显好于对照组,P<0.01,两组产妇的会阴切口愈合情况差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论在会阴侧切缝合术中追加局部浸润麻的镇痛效果明显,操作简单方便,可以有效减轻产妇痛苦,并且对切口愈合无不良影响,值得在临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the analgesic effects of the suture of lateral episiotomy with superadding local infiltration anesthesia.Methods Primiparaes with vaginal delivery and lateral episiotomy were divided randomly into two groups:observation group and control group.Based on the traditional blocking anesthesia of nearside perineal nerve and local infiltration anesthesia,the primiparaes were superadded local infiltration anesthesia to the perinea before suturing the incision in the observation group.While in the control group,primiparaes were used traditional blocking anesthesia of nearside perineal nerve and local infiltration anesthesia.Then,observed the analgesic effects and incision condition in the two groups.Result The analgesic effects during the process of suturing lateral episiotomy in the observational group was significantly well than that in the control one(P<0.01),but the incision condition were not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect on the suture of lateral episiotomy with superadding local infiltration anesthesia has remarkable effect and simple operation.It can alleviate the sufferings of the lying-in women and no negative effects on the incision concrescence,worthy to recommend its clinical use.更多还原
