【摘要】 目的研究玉屏风散颗粒预防慢性支气管炎患者复发的临床疗效,探讨其对慢性支气管炎患者免疫功能的影响。方法将96例慢性支气管炎缓解期患者随机均分为玉屏风散颗粒组与对照组,玉屏风散颗粒组在常规治疗上加用玉屏风散颗粒。观察两组临床症状、血液C3、C4、IgG、IgA和IgM指标的变化。结果玉屏风散颗粒组临床总有效率95.83%,对照组临床总有效率83.33%,玉屏风散颗粒组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散颗粒对慢性支气管炎肺气虚患者有较好的预防复发作用,并能改善和提高慢性支气管患者的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study of to prevent relapse in patients with chronic bronchitis, the clinical efficacy of their immune function in patients with chronic bronchitis effects. Methods The 96 cases of chronic bronchitis in patients in remission were randomly divided into Yu Ping Feng San particle group and the control group, Yu Ping Feng San particles in conventional treatment group was added Yu Ping Feng San particles.
