【摘要】 目的了解肇庆市第一人民医院门诊抗菌药物应用现状,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法抽取肇庆市第一人民医院2008年10至12月门诊处方共960张,对抗菌药物的使用种类、使用率、联合用药情况及不合理用药现象等进行统计分析。结果使用抗菌药物处方共542张,共使用抗菌药物23种,抗菌药物使用率为56.46%,抗菌药物联用率为31.92%,不合理处方比率为15.28%。以β-内酰胺类抗菌药物为主,第3代头孢菌素应用偏高。结论规范医师用药行为,提高医师合理用药水平,是保证抗菌药物疗效,确保患者用药安全,减轻患者经济负担,减少不良反应和细菌耐药性发生的关键。更多还原
