【摘要】 目的研究微超声探头(UMP)检查在胃癌患者术前诊断和分期的准确性。方法选择手术治疗的40例胃癌患者在手术前接受12MHz UMP检查。以手术探查和手术后组织病理诊断结果为标准,评价UMP检查诊断胃癌浸润深度(T分期)的准确率和局部淋巴结转移(N分期)的准确率。结果UMP检查诊断胃癌T分期的准确率为85%。UMP检查诊断胃癌N分期的准确率为75%。结论UMP检查对于胃癌侵犯的深度及局部淋巴结转移的诊断有显著的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of T and N staging for gastric cancer and the usage of preoperative with endoscopic ultrasound mini probe.Methods The endoscopic ultrasound mini probe(12MHz) was used in this study and forty patients with cancer of gastric underwent endoscopic ultrasonography with this probe.The diagnosing of tumor invasion(T staging) and local lymphatic node metastasis(N staging) was compared with result of operations research and histological stage(pT and pN) of these patients.Accuracy of T staging and N staging were evaluated.Results The accuracy rate of T staging was 85% with this probe.The accuracy rate of N staging was 75%.Conclusion Ultrasound mini probe shows the prominent advantage in preoperative evaluation of the staging of gastric cancer especially in the diagnosis of the depth of tumor invasion and local lymph node metastasis.更多还原
