【Abstract】 To succeed in English public speaking,a Chinese native speaker should be self-confident,eloquent,knowledgeable,humourous and above all good at the second language.The mother tongue exerts positive effects,that is,positive transfer on language output due to the similarities of languages while the specific characteristics of each language make it hard to express oneself for the negative effects or negativetransfer of the mother tongue.Only by comparing the two languages and frequently practicing the target language can the second language be expressed spontaneously.更多还原
