【Abstract】 In the late Qing Dynasty(1640-1911),the Tao Shu Administration office served as a link between the future and the past.It is the first example of the prosperous administration office work.Tao Shu’s administration office system was established earlier.However,the working officials were not plenty.The main functions of this administration office of Tao Shu is to deal with the administration affairs of state: i.e.to promote what is beneficial and to abolish what is harmful and to carry out the economic reform.更多还原
