【摘要】 目的:了解农村地区支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)控制现状。方法:采用现况调查的方法对怀远县县乡两级医疗机构哮喘控制现状进行调查。结果:调查所有医疗机构均未设哮喘专科门诊,无哮喘专科医生,哮喘诊治新知识极度贫乏,基本不了解《全球哮喘防治创议》和现代哮喘管理方案。诊断的主要仪器设备为X光机和听诊器,无肺功能仪和峰流速仪等肺功能检测与评估设备,漏诊和误诊较为普遍。仅使用口服激素、支气管舒张剂和大剂量抗生素治疗,医疗机构无吸入性糖皮质激素,患者的治疗仅是临时缓解症状,未进行长期随访和管理。结论:农村地区哮喘防治水平极为低下,必须加大农村地区哮喘防治力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Understand the status of asthma control in rural areas.Methods:County and township levels medical institutions of Huaiyuan were studied for asthma control status with the prevalence survey.Results:All medical institutions which was Investigated have not special department and doctors for asthma control.Doctors lack the knowledge of asthma diagnosis and treatment;understand the "Global Initiative for Asthma" and the modern management of asthma.Aspects in the diagnosis,the main equipments are the X-ray machine and stethoscope,they have no instruments for testing lung function,no peak flow meter,have high missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate.Aspects in the treatment and management,doctors only use oral hormone,bronchodilator agents and large doses of antibiotics.Medical institutions do not have inhaled corticosteroids.The patient’s symptoms are only relieved temporarily,no long-term follow-up and management.Conclusions:Asthma prevention and treatment in rural areas are low,We must step up efforts in rural areas.更多还原
