基于AMESim的全功能强力液压支架试验台垂直加载系统的研究

【摘要】 本文应用AMESim软件对全功能强力液压支架试验台垂直加载系统进行仿真分析。该系统是一个典型的四缸同步控制的电液系统,其特点是大负载、大偏载。针对试验台工作情况,对垂直加载系统进行模型设计、参数选择和仿真分析。在总负载36000KN,偏载2000KN情况下,得到四缸位置误差不超过3.8mm,对该试验台的设计制造提供了有价值的参考。

【Abstract】 In this paper AMESim software is proposed to focus on the simulation and analysis for the vertical load system of full-function powerful hydraulic system test-bed.The system is a classic electro-hydraulic system of four-cylinder synchronization,with large load and large uneven load.Computational simulations are carried out for the system with AMESim under the conditions of total load of 36 000KN and uneven load of 2 000KN.The simulation results show that four-cylinder position error less than 3.8mm.There is imporeant referential value for the design and manufacture of the test-bed.
