基于功率键合图的恒压变量泵建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulation of Pressure Constant Pump Based on the Bond Graphs
【摘要】 恒压变量泵是PDC钻凿特性测定装置液压系统的关键元件,它的动态响应能力直接影响系统的品质,因此有必要对恒压变量泵进行建模与仿真。本文介绍了恒压变量泵的原理,在此基础上建立了恒压变量泵的功率键合图,得到了数学模型,并在计算机上进行了仿真计算,得到了泵口的压力响应特性。仿真结果表明泵的响应能力能够满足系统的需要。
【Abstract】 Pressure constant pump is an important part of the hydraulic system of the equipment for testing PDC bits.And its dynamic response is an important criterion of quality for the hydraulic system.So the dynamic response of the pump is necessary.The paper shows the principle of the pressure constant pump.Using bond graphs technology a mathematics model is deduced.Then using Matlab/Siulink simulation program the model is solved to provide time response.The result of computer simulation is satisfied.
