【摘要】 目的:了解哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院国产与进口眼科外用药的应用结构及趋势,为发展、生产、使用部门提供参考。方法:根据医院信息系统对我院2009年眼科门诊电子处方国产与进口外用药应用药品种、分类、消耗量和销售金额进行统计、分析。结果与结论:我院眼科外用药的应用结构基本固定,国产与进口药品数基本平均。国产非甾体抗炎药品种居多,而含糖皮质激素类抗炎药与表面麻醉类药相比进口药物较少。应规范抗感染类药的种类与应用及进一步加大国产品种的市场占有率,在眼科用药领域创造出更好的优势品牌,以满足不同人群的用药需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application structure and tendency of domestic vs.import ophthalmic drugs for external use so as to provide references for the research & development,production and use of this preparation.METHODS:To utilization data of ophthalmic drugs for external use in 2009 retrieved from Hospital Information System were analyzed statistically in respect of the drug varieties,categories,consumption amount and sales volume.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The utilization structure of ophthalmic drugs for external use in our hospital is basically stable,and the consumption quantity of domestic ophthalmic drugs is nearly equivalent to that of the import ones.There were many varieties of domestic non-hormonal anti-inflammatory agents;however,the domestic antiinflammatory drugs containing hormones and surface anesthetics had less categories than did the imported ones.Efforts should be made to standardize the categories and application of anti-infective agents,increase the market share of domestic categories,and create better brands with competitive edge to meet different age groups demands on drug use.更多还原
