【摘要】 目的:观察氨酚羟考酮片联合放疗治疗骨转移疼痛的疗效。方法:64例患者随机分为研究组(氨酚羟考酮口服联合放疗)及对照组(即释吗啡片口服联合放疗)。结果:研究组显效率87.50%,中度疼痛显效率93.33%,重度疼痛显效率82.35%,高于对照组,有统计学意义;不良反应包括恶心、呕吐、嗜睡、便秘等研究组均明显低于对照组,有统计学意义。结论:氨酚羟考酮片联合放疗治疗中重度骨转移疼痛安全有效,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Oxycodone Acetaminophen ( Tylox ) combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of metastatic bone pain. METHODS: A total of 64 cases with moderate to severe metastatic bone pain were assigned to receive oral Tylox plus radiotherapy ( trial group,n = 32) or oral morphine tablets plus radiotherapy (control group,n = 32). RESULTS: The trial group showed a response rate of 87. 50% (of 93. 33% for moderate pain and 82. 35% for severe pain),higer than in control group,showing significant differenes between the two groups; however,the incidence of side effects such as nausea and vomiting,drowsiness and constipation were significantly less than in control group,showing significant differences between the two groups. CONCLUSION: Tylox combined with radiotherapy was proved to be effective and safe in the treatment of moderate to severe metastatic bone pain,which is thus deserved to be recommended to use in clinical practice.更多还原
