【摘要】 目的:测定参芪含片中总皂苷的含量以建立质控方法。方法:采用香草醛-硫酸比色法测定总皂苷的含量。结果:以人参皂苷Re为对照品作校正曲线,在0.025～0.175mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好。加样回收率为98.65%,RSD为3.9%。测得2批参芪含片中总皂苷含量分别为17.25mg·g-1和17.47mg·g-1。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏、重复性好,可作为参芪含片中总皂苷的质控方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of total saponins in Sengqi oral tablets so as to establish the quality control method for this medicine. METHODS: The content of total saponins was determined by citroellal-sulphuric acid colorimetry. RESULTS: With Saponins of panaxsaponin Re as the reference substance,the calibration curve had a good linearity within a concentration range of 0. 025 ～ 0. 175 mg · mL-1 for saponins. The average recovery was 98. 65% and the RSD was 3. 9% . The contents of total saponins in 2 batches Sengqi oral tablets were 17. 25 mg· g-1 and 17. 47 mg · g-1,respectively.
