【摘要】 目的:探讨腺苷钴胺穴位注射治疗眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法:应用腺苷钴胺对按Cohen、Albert等分级眼睑痉挛患者32例(35只眼)进行穴位注射治疗,对治疗前后患者进行比较。结果:应用腺苷钴胺穴位注射治疗眼睑痉挛总有效率为91.43%,未见过敏反应及严重全身不良表现。结论:采用腺苷钴胺穴位注射治疗眼睑痉挛操作简单,疗效良好,无明显不良反应,且药源广泛经济,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture point injection of cobamamide in the treatment of blepharospasm.METHODS:32 patients with blepharospasm(35 eyes) who were classified according to Cohen and Albert classifications were treated with the acupuncture point injection of cobamamide.Patients’ conditions before and after treatment were recorded.RESULTS:The acupuncture point injection of cobamamide showed an effective rate of 91.43% in the treatment of blepharospasm,and neither anaphylactic reactions nor serious systematic untoward effects were noted.CONCLUSION:Acupuncture point injection of cobamamide for blepharospasm is easy and simple to operate,and it has good efficacy yet without obvious adverse effect,moreover,its medicinal herbs resource is widespread,thus it is worth to be recommended in clinical practice.更多还原
