【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To summarize the aspect of clinical usage and research progress on the angiotesion converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI),evaluete clinical efficacy and safety. METHODS:To collecte medical literatures in recent years at home and abroad.RESULTS & CONCLUTION:Advance in angiotesion converting enzyme inhibitors has been swiftly in recent years,has already become one of the basic drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular disease,especially for the usage of antihypertension.it plays an important roles in treatment of hypertension and avoid damage of target organ,the results has been confirmend by the follow the evidence of clinical trial.
