【摘要】 目的了解四川省双流县乡镇卫生院建设的情况,为合理规划小康型乡镇卫生院的建设提供依据。方法采用问卷对四川省双流县所辖21家乡镇卫生院进行调查,使用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行数据分析。结果 21家乡镇卫生院的平均实际开放床位数大于平均编制床位数,中心型卫生院的病床使用率高于全国水平;占地面积与服务人口数无相关关系,仅8家乡镇卫生院绿化面积达到30%以上;有2家中心型卫生院每床建筑面积超出了国家标准范围。结论乡镇卫生院应根据当地居民卫生服务需求、病床使用率等,合理控制床位规模;合理规划占地面积,提高绿化面积,增强建筑面积的适宜性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide basis for the contribution of well-off township hospitals through investigating the status of township hospitals in Shuangliu County of Sichuan Province.Methods A total of 21 township hospitals in Shuangliu County were investigated by questionnaire survey.SPSS 17.0 was used to carry out statistical analysis.Results The average designated bed capacity was more than the average actual number of beds of the 21 township hospitals.The utilization of beds in township hospitals was higher than the national level.There was no correlation between floor area and population.Planting coverage of only 8 township hospitals reached 30%.Construction area per bed was higher than national standard in two township hospitals.Conclusion Township hospitals should reasonably control their bed capacity according to demand for health services and bed utilization etc,reasonably plan floor and construction areas,and increase planting coverage.更多还原
