【摘要】 目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(Epidermal growth factor reccepter,EGFR)在寻常型银屑病发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化LDP法(labele ddextran polymermethod)检测48例寻常型银屑病皮损区及20例正常表皮中EGFR的表达及分布特点,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术(RT-PCR方法)检测EGFR的mRNA表达水平。结果寻常型银屑病皮损区EGFR表达均较正常表皮中的表达明显增强,分布于除角质层以外的表皮各层,而正常表皮表达阴性或仅在基底层有弱阳性表达;RT-PCR检测结果表明寻常型银屑病组EGFR的表达水平亦显著高于正常表皮。结论 EGFR在寻常型银屑病皮损中过度表达,提示其与银屑病的表皮细胞过度增殖、分化异常有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of EGFR on the pathogenesis of psoriasis and evaluate its significance.Methods The expression and distribution of EGFR were detected by immunohistochemical method in psoriatic epidermis of 48 cases with psoriasis and epidermis of 20 normal controls.The mRNA expression of EGFR was detected by RT-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method.Results The expression of EGFR in psoriatic epidermis was significantly higher than that in normal epidermis and located in all epidermal layers except horny layer.There was no or only weakly positive expression in the basal layer of normal epidermis.Results of RT-PCR detection indicated that the expression level of EGFR in psoriasis group was significantly higher than that in normal controls.Conclusion The over expression of EGFR in psoriatic epidermis suggests that it might be related to excessive proliferation and abnormal differentiation of psoriatic epidermal cells.更多还原
