【摘要】 目的探讨四川省县级及县级以上340家公立医院的成本效率,为充分利用医疗卫生资源和提高效率提供参考依据。方法采用文献复习、专家咨询、问卷调查等方法了解公立医院2003～2007年的投入产出情况,应用随机前沿分析方法评价各医院成本效率。结果全省340家公立医院平均成本效率值为0.824;省级医院中的二级医院成本效率较低;县级和二级医院的固定资产比例较高;级别越低的医院,其人员支出比例越大。结论四川省县级及县级以上公立医院的总体经营状况较好;省级医院中的二级医院规模偏大,各项投入利用率不够,部分大型设备闲置;低级别医院人员冗余,人事制度有待改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cost efficiency of 340 public hospitals ranking county-level and above in Sichuan province from the year 2003 to 2007,and then provide information for allocating the hospital resources and improving hospital efficiency.Methods We got the above information by reviewing literatures,consulting experts and collecting questionnaires.We calculated cost efficiency of these hospitals by the method named Stochastic Frontier Analysis.Results The overall cost efficiency of the 340 public hospitals was 0.824.Among the provincial hospitals,the cost efficiency of those Grade 2 hospitals was inferior;the percentage of fixed assets of county-level hospitals and Grade 2 hospitals was higher.The percentage of expenditures on wages was higher in lower grade hospitals.Conclusions The public hospitals in Sichuan province performed well.The hospitals of Grade 2 should control their sizes.Some of large scale equipments were standing idle.Lots of staff in low grade hospitals seemed redundant.更多还原
