【摘要】 目的评价弹性义齿和传统活动义齿修复个别前牙缺失的临床效果。方法选择90例肯氏Ⅲ类或Ⅳ类牙列缺损患者,采用随机表法分组,分别进行弹性义齿和传统活动义齿修复。于义齿戴用后1周、3个月、6个月比较修复效果。结果与传统活动义齿修复相比,戴用弹性义齿较少发生基牙患龋和食物嵌塞,但义齿折裂的可能性较传统活动义齿修复为大。结论只要选择好适当的适应证,弹性义齿修复效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the prosthetic effect of flexible dentures for individual missing teeth.Methods Thirty-five flexible dentures and 55 conventional removable partial dentures were applied to 90 patients.The clinic effect was evaluated in one week,three months and six months after insertion.Results Fewer caries in abutment and food impaction were found in patients with flexible dentures.However,flexible dentures were more likely to fracture than conventional removable partial dentures.Conclusion Flexible denture is suggested in the reparation of individual missing teeth.更多还原
